On Saturday September 5th, m/v Lucy Borchard was welcomed by TCR for her first call in Ravenna.
M/v Lucy Borchard was recently deployed by Borchard Lines Ltd on the Adriatic Service, calling Ravenna every week, connecting the Contship Italia Adriatic Gateway with ports in Cyprus, Egypt and Israel.
The UK carrier is a long lasting customer of the terminal since the TCR start-up in 2001. “It is a privilege that Borchard has been with us here at TCR for such a long time – comments Milena Fico (TCR Director & General Manager) – At our side we welcome another family member with the return of Lucy Borchard....".
Following a long established tradition, Nevio Amici, Ship Planner TCR, in the presence of Christian Raducci, representative of the Maritime Agency Fratelli Cosulich Ravenna, local representative of Borchard Lines, presented the Master of the vessel, Captain Sergiy Samoylenko, and the first Officer Alexandr Kuleniuk, with a customized crest, to mark the occasion of the maiden call of the ship at TCR.
