On the early afternoon of August 25th CICT, the Conthsip Italia transhipment Hub of Cagliari, welcomes the maiden call of M/V BC Hamburg.
The ship (1,118 TEUs of nominal capacity and 148 meters of L.O.A), operated by EMES Feedering SAM, is currently deployed on the Oran Costanza Service (OCS).
A recent addition to the service network since May 2015, OCS is an intra-Med service, connecting weekly Black Sea to Algeria and Spain with a butterfly loop that includes a double call in CICT – Cagliari International Container Terminal.
Once more the CICT team is confirmed to be reliable transhipment hub: M/V BC Hamburg was berthed just upon arrival, operations started immediately after mooring and completed on schedule before sunset.
