CICT continua a lavorare per supportare I network dei propri clienti: continuano le Maiden Call e le operazioni di phase in-out

As the year of 2015 enters its closing period, CICT continues as it has done throughout the year, to ensure efficient despatch of customer ship calls, with the Team ensuring networks are efficiently maintained.

 

November has already witnessed a number of maiden calls and network phase / out (PIO) and in the latter days of the month, this continues as ships are replaced in the Mediterranean Gulf Express Service (Cap Spencer being replaced by the Bavaria, as well as making its debut in Cagliari) and call for the first time (OOCL Italy).

Franco Nicola Cupolo, leading the CICT Team, comments….”It has indeed been a busy year in handling many ship network changes, as well as being a pleasure to extend a warm welcome to the ships and crew members calling in Sardinia for the first time. Our focus in taking care of our customer needs perhaps may be considered as having two central pillars, both of which have been fully evidenced during November. Firstly, the team responds to support the network changes, that take place in addition to normal commercial operations, minimising the impact of the overall schedules when these larger scale ship exchanges occur. Secondly, we would like to consider ourselves as a part of our customers’ extended family and naturally, we take care of the ship’s command and crew whilst they are here at the terminal, extending a warm Sardinian welcome to “our home” that, for a few short hours is “their home”.”
