Latest addition to the family of maiden calls with the ‘new arrival’ MSC Renee alongside Fornelli East on Tuesday December 8th.
The 13,100 TEUs ULCC – operated by Mediterranean Shipping Co. SA and deployed in the Asia Med trade lane Dragon service – was welcomed at La Spezia Container Terminal (LSCT) around noon, with operations onboard completing the next day with an on-time departure.
LSCT planning team veteran Stefano Colombani – pictured together with captain Valerij Filipenko – presented the ship crew with the traditional crest, a customized gift to cherish MSC Renee’s maiden call at La Spezia.
