After the sister ship m/v Budapest Express, it's the turn of m/v Nagoya Express.
Cagliari International Container Terminal (CICT), welcomed on August 4th the maiden call of M/V Nagoya Express, operated by the German carrier Hapag Lloyd AG, recently introduced on the Asia Suez Express (AZX), a G6 alliance service.
This is the second 8,750 nominal TEUs capacity and 335 meters of L.O.A calling CICT in a row, after the sister ship M/V Budapest Express, which called Cagliari on July 30th. M/V Nagoya Express was immediately berthed on arrival in the early hours and completed its operations in the same day, sailing out from Cagliari in the afternoon perfectly on schedule. As customary in CICT for the ship’s maiden call, while ship operations were performed, a crest was handed over to Captain Bernd Stroeh by CICT Ship Planner Andrea Pontis.
